My Name is John Philip Sousa, IV and my Great Grandfather was John Philip Sousa...The March King. I reside in the beautiful state of CT, and have been painting for less than two years now. I love color, shape and design and while I do not share in my Great Grandfathers incredible talents in music, I am enjoying the results of color and canvas.

I have had the great pleasure and privilage of narrating concerts for The Virginia Grand Military Band, The Allentown Band, The Wheaton Municipal Band, The Saginaw Eddy Concert Band, Iowa State University, The New Sousa Band and have guest conducted for the United States Marrine Corp Band.

I have served as honorary chairman of an organization that raised millions of dollars for the families of those wonderful men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country fighting terrorism throughout the world.

I serve on the board of an organization that believes our borders need to be secure and that supports candidates for congress who feel the same way.
